Happy Fridays people. A bit later than usual (if you ignore the skipped week last week).

I've been getting back into the pitching groove recently. We (Leanconf) have started looking for sponsorship. I bet I could write a whole series of blog posts about pitching for sponsorship and cold emailing.

This week I found Tristan's post very useful and timely. He talks about applying Lean Startup to fundraising.

The debate around Kevin's post "Customer Development interviews are no longer worth the effort" was refreshing.

Also really liked Justin Jackson's new book - Marketing for developers

Grab your beverage of choice, sit back and enjoy this weeks issue.

Actionable Tip of the week

Your copy sucks! Improve it for more results

If you have never come across Joanna Wiebe before then I would describe her as a copywriting maestro. She has pulled together this epic and I mean EPIC "Ultimate Guide to No-Pain Copywriting (or, Every Copywriting Formula Ever)"

You should bookmark this, as I guess you will go back to it time after time.

Read it, absorb the lessons and improve your copy.

Lean Startup Digest remains free (and ad-free) and takes me hours a month to research and write. If you find any joy and value in what I do, please consider sharing.
